Knowing how the Knex Party went (there are several people who have many a thing to live down from that night - Knex is an awful lot of trouble when you get twisted and start jogging nude), FTFZ has high hopes for this bold, Christmas-time venture.

Credit for the concept should partly be given to Save Our Shoes and their inability to get out of my shower in their drunken state. Full report to follow from whoever remembers the most.

Linux

This one has been brewing for a while but is now too big to ignore. Ordinary people use Linux!!! Some recent releases of version of Linux, looking at you Ubuntu, have made Linux much more accessible for the average user!

What does this mean I hear you ask, well for one your friends are gonna have a way cooler desktop than you. Theyre also gonna be able to do lots of stuff faster than you!

We can only hope these new Linux users dont turn into self righteous dicks like some Mac owners!

Rumour has it we are obliged to do this. My top five however is going to be my favourite scientists ever. Since Sonic C has been telling me to do this with an almost creepy regularity, its time...

First up is Nikola Tesla. Responsible for all kinds of things like the modern electrical grid, AC power and the tesla coils in Red Alert, this guy knew his electromagnetics. He almost nearly invented an electric death ray. Pity he died halfway through.

Number 2 is Euler who did all kinds of wonderful things with exponentials and trigonometric functions. He is so old school he was around before the photograph.

Third up is Einstein. We all know what he did, for those that don't, if you would please stop moving, you'll die faster.Next is Schrodinger. He made an experiment using an imaginary cat in an imaginary box. What happens in the box? No one knows. Thats the beauty of it.Finally is William Shockley. He kind of invented the transistor. That makes him one of the most influential men ever.

While the last thing we could possibly care about coz we're guys, fashion is the king of all fadmakers now that cartoons have lost their power. And while 80s throwbacks are usually awesome (rollerblading,headbands,synths,rick-rolling), Back To The Future shoes aren't anywhere close to cool.

This is a particularly skanky pair from the new line. Rather than pay the required €23 that Topman is looking for, i recommend getting some canvas runners with bright laces (like yours truly and his homeboy Robo K - he's looking for employment potential employers!).

I think i saw similar pieces of poo in Schuh recently too. For any guy that wants eye contact from girls anytime soon: avoid...
